Face-to-Face Signing Event to Celebrate the Release of [Off The Beat] (nemoz shop)

A Face-to-face signing event will take place to celebrate the release of I.M 3rd EP [Off The Beat].
Please read the instructions below to participate in the signing event
and contact the place of purchase for more information and announcements regarding this signing event.

- Purchase at : nemoz shop (30 in total)
- Date : April 12, 2024 (Fri.) at 19:30 (KST)
- Location : Winners will be notified separately
- How to enter: Thirty (30) people will be randomly selected from those who purchased the nemoz shop product within the event period.

- Entry period : March 28, 2024 (Thu) at 15:00 (KST) ~ April 2, 2024 (Tue) at 23:59 (KST) (based on completed purchases)
- Winner announcement: Winners will be announced on the board WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT of the nemoz shop Online Store after 15:00 (KST) on April 3, 2024 (Wed)
[Signing Event Prize Information]
- All entrants: One (total 3 types) random unreleased selfie photo card (same photo as the video call signing event)
- All winners: One (total 3 types) random unreleased selfie photocard with autograph (same photo as the prize for all entrants)
[Face-to-Face Signing Event Participation Information]
- The signing event with the artist will proceed in the order of seat numbers.
- We recommend wearing masks to ensure a safe event.
- Please comply with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines for your safety.
[Cautions for Entry]
- Please note that the purchased albums for this signing event will not be eligible for cancellations and refunds.
- Only the winners themselves are eligible to attend this signing event.
- Winning tickets shall only be received by the winners themselves and the winners may not transfer or sell their tickets to a third party. (participation will not be permitted when caught in violation)
- Participants must carry their ID cards (physical ID cards only; photos or photocopies will not be permitted).
※ What are accepted forms of ID for verification?
- Koreans: Resident registration card, driver’s license, passport (issued before Dec. 21, 2020), youth ID (issued by community service centers)
- Non-Koreans: Passport, alien registration card
* Those with the Republic of Korea passports issued after December 21, 2020, are required to present both their passport and Passport Information Certificate.
* Other forms of ID will not be accepted. (student ID, photocopy, photo, certified copy, etc.)
* Screenshots of mobile ID cards will not be accepted. You may be asked to open the mobile identification app at the venue.
* Only physical ID cards that have not expired are accepted as valid.
* Confirmations of issuance application must be sealed between pages by the head of the institution and personal information including photo, issuance number, and expiration date must have a transparent sticker attached on top. Confirmations with suspected forgery or alteration will not be accepted.
* ID cards where information is unidentifiable will not be accepted as valid.
- This event may be subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to the circumstances of the event organizer.

[Cautions during the Signing Event]
1. Please carry your winning ticket to participate in the signing event. (participation will not be permitted after misplacing the ticket)
2. You may purchase multiple albums or have another person purchase them for you to enter the event; however, only the winners themselves will be eligible to participate in the event.
3. Those who are caught in any wrongful act such as duplication, transfer, sale, etc. of the ticket will not be permitted to participate in any future events of I.M.
4. You may not take videos or make audio recordings when receiving the autograph. You cannot carry any video or recording devices such as cameras, mobile phones, or smartwatches. Please note that those who are caught filming or taking pictures when receiving the autograph will be asked to delete the files and leave the venue on the spot.
5. You will only be permitted to receive the autograph on the album on-site and not on any other items (photo cards, posters, stuffed toys, phone cases, personal belongings, etc.). When caught, the item will be confiscated by a staff member and will not be returned.
6. Please attach a sticky note with your name on top of the page on which you would like to receive an autograph before the event for the event to proceed smoothly. The sticky note should only carry the name of the winner; unclear names or nicknames will not be accepted.
7. You can only write down one multiple-choice or selective-form question on the question sticky note. (short-answer questions will not be permitted)
1) Multiple-choice: A question with up to 5 choices from which the artist can select ("Other" requiring a short answer will not be permitted)
2) Selective-form: Choices between V and S, or O and X; up to 5 selections
* The sticky note will be confiscated and not be returned when it is confirmed that you have asked a question or made a request that is in direct violation of the announcement. Furthermore, the fan themselves will also receive a warning.
8. Requests, demands, personal comments, names, nicknames, etc. will not be permitted to write on question sticky notes.
9. You may not ask personal questions or questions about rumors on the question sticky note. (questions that mention the fans but the demand and target allude to himself/herself or others, personal questions, questions that one may associate with frequently visited places, and questions about rumors or false information will not be permitted)
10. Questions on sticky notes of overseas fans may be amended by the staff when there is a potential misunderstanding attributable to mistranslation or grammar errors caused by translation tools. They may also be asked to be amended when they're in violation of the announcement due to grammar errors even when their content is fine.
* Sticky notes in violation of the announcement will be immediately confiscated on-site. Repeated violations will result in a warning.
* Those who have accumulated 3 or more warnings will not be permitted to participate in future signing events.
11. Items for the artist such as headbands, hats, and accessories may be delivered by on-site staff. Please note that items that have to be worn by the artist will not be returned.
12. You may not make requests or demands other than signing the album when receiving the autograph. (to draw a picture, write a personal message, etc.)
13. Please pass the letters you wrote to the artist onto the on-site staff when entering the venue. The artist will not be accepting gifts at this signing event. (including real flowers, food, and snacks other than letters)
14. Those who leave their designated seats to change seats, or place cameras or tripods at another location will be asked to leave the venue. Please cooperate with the instructions provided by staff members.
15. Please refrain from doing anything that may interfere with smooth event operation, such as making an excessive demand to the artist. Those who engage in inappropriate acts toward the artist or staff members will be restricted, asked to leave and receive disadvantages in future events.
16. Those who exit the venue without authorization will not be permitted to re-enter.
