[Important Notices Before Booking]
- The pop-up store IMVITATION – on the low is exclusively for ticket holders. Apply for your tickets in advance to gain access.

- Apply for your tickets in advance on the official I.M website (imnameim.com), or the “b.stage" mobile app. Anyone registered on the official website can make an application.

- No booking fees are applied. The pop-up store operates in set sessions with a maximum capacity for safety and smooth event flow.

- Limit of one session per person per day. Multiple applications for the same day will result in cancellation of surplus tickets. Please consider your applications carefully.

- Once received, tickets cannot be modified. Cancel and reapply if changes are needed.

- Cancellations are accepted until the start of each session to accommodate more visitors.

- Only ticket holders can purchase official merchandise. Order online in advance and pick up your purchases at the pop-up store. More information will be provided at a later time.

- All times specified are in Asia/Seoul KST (GMT +9).

[Pop-up Store Entry Guidelines]
- Ticket holders can access the pop-up store from the start of their session until 5 minutes before the next session begins.

* For example, if you have a ticket to the 11:00 AM session, you can stay in the pop-up store from 11:00 AM to 11:25 AM

- Please arrive at the entrance at least 10 minutes before your session start time to avoid delays.

- You won't be able to enter after the date and time of your reservation have passed. 

- Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, and delays may occur depending on conditions.

- Present your ticket from the official I.M website or the “b.stage” app for entry. Screenshots or printouts are not accepted.

- Only 1 session entry per person per day is allowed. Re-entry on the same day is not permitted.

- Pets are not allowed in the pop-up store, except for guide dogs.

- Outside food and drinks are prohibited, except for bottled water.

- Please maintain a quiet environment both inside and outside the pop-up store, as it is located in a residential area.

[Important Notices for Pop-Up Store Visitors]

- Please do not touch the exhibits.

- Photography and video recordings are allowed only for non-profit purposes. Live streaming, the use of selfie sticks or tripods, and other such behavior that may cause inconveniences to other visitors may be met with a response from pop-up store staff.

- You may be included in photos and videos taken inside and outside the pop-up store. These photos and videos can be posted on relevant social media and other media platforms. We ask for your understanding.

- The pop-up store has two ground levels and one basement level, connected by stairs. If you need assistance, talk to a staff on site.

- Pop-up store staff are there to answer any questions visitors may have.

- No parking is available around the pop-up store. We recommend utilizing public transport.

- The pop-up store does not offer storage of personal belongings, including food and drinks.

- Space inside the pop-up store is limited. If you wish to divide purchased merchandise to share with others, please do so outside.

- The staircases inside the pop-up store are narrow. Please watch your step when using the stairs.
