[Important Notices Before Making a Purchase]

- Official merchandise of IMVITATION - on the low is available for purchase only through the official I.M website (imnameim.com) and the app “b.stage.”

- Make your purchase on the official I.M website (imnameim.com) or the app “b.stage” before your pop-up store visit and pick up your purchase at the collection point in the pop-up store. No shipping is offered.


[Purchasing Official Merchandise in Advance]

  ① Visit the I.M b.stage website. Open the page for merchandise pick-up at the pop-up store.

  ② Select items/quantities and complete purchase.

- You can purchase goods through the official I.M website (imnameim.com) or the app “b.stage” and pick them up during your pop-up store visit also. However, we cannot guarantee that the items you wish to purchase will be in stock. We recommend you proceed with your purchases ahead of your pop-up store visit.


[Purchasing Official Merchandise at the Pop-Up Store]

  ① Scan the QR code at the pop-up store and open the order page on your device.

  ② Select items and quantities, and complete purchase.

- How goods are collected is the same for both purchases made in advance and at the pop-up store.


[Pick up Your Purchases at the Pop-Up Store]

  ① Visit the I.M b.stage website. Scroll down on the main page. Select “My onsite pickup purchases” Check your pick-up confirmation and QR code.

  ② Present your QR code to a staff member at the pick up zone on Basement Level 1.

  ③ Pick up your goods.

- Purchase of official merchandise is restricted to holders of tickets to the pop-up store IMVITATION - on the low. To purchase official merchandise, apply for tickets first.

- If you do not own a smartphone or have difficulties using one, ask a staff at the pop-up store for assistance.

- Some items have a purchase quantity limit. If you purchase one of those items beyond the limit, your purchase may be rejected or canceled.

- Purchases made both in advance and at the pop-up store can be completed using a credit/debit card or via the payment service on the “b.stage” app. Cash payments are not accepted.

- Please note that products purchased for on-site pickup cannot be canceled even if they are not received after the cancellation period (4/12 10 AM, KST).

- Each purchase comes with an opportunity to receive a free gift. Purchases cannot be combined.


[Exchanges and Refunds]

- If a purchased item is faulty, you can request for an exchange or a refund only at the pop-up store during its operating hours, and on the day of your purchase. After collecting your purchase, check for any faulty items.

- If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you'll receive a refund instead.  Refunds are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase. Any free gifts received with your refunded purchase must be returned.

- Refunds will not be given if free gifts are not returned in their original condition.

- Minor imperfections (including scratches, dents) in product packaging do not qualify for exchange or return.

- Photo cards and other paper material items can sustain minor imperfections such as scratches, flaws, or dots during their manufacture. Such minor imperfections do not qualify for exchange.

- Exchanges and refunds are not given in the following circumstances.

– A change of mind

– Missing or damaged labels or tags, opened items

– Used or worn items

– Items no longer in new condition due to negligence in storage or handling

- If you require further information on exchanges and refunds, ask a staff at the pop-up store for assistance.

- To request an exchange or refund, take a video of the unboxing of your purchase, as it must be submitted as evidence with your exchange or refund request.

- Shared or traded items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
